Fixed Rate Notes

Fixed Rate Notes are not being issued at this time. Therefore, the principal of a maturing note may not be rolled over into a new note.

If you are currently a note holder, the following options are available to you upon note maturity:

1. A check for your note principal and accrued interest will be mailed to you.
2. The principal amount of your note and accrued interest will be sent by electronic transfer directly to a bank account specified by you.
